This study explores the role of transformational leadership on enhancing job satisfaction among employees in the contemporary business landscape. Employing a descriptive methodology, this research analyzes the variables and examines the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction. The results reveal that transformational leadership significantly and positively affects job satisfaction in the modern business environment. It was further inferred that the facets of transformational leadership are capable of motivating and empowering employees, thereby fostering a positive work atmosphere and augmenting job satisfaction.
