ظاهرة الافتراس في النشر العلمي الالكتروني، المجلات المفترسة أنموذجا

الملخص
The desire of the researchers to engage in the experience of international scientific publishing enabled them to search for solid scientific journals listed on international data platforms, enabling them to publish their articles at higher levels, due to the positive outputs of the process that affect the expansion of the visibility of research and increase its readability, which will contribute to In improving the classification of academic institutions in general and researchers in particular. However, this openness carries with it a kind of risk, which will trap the researcher in the trap of predation, due to the presence of digital repositories specialized in fraud, and which it is difficult for the researcher to distinguish between them and authentic journals, in light of a vast and interconnected digital world, followed by a lack of awareness and a deficit in framing, which makes his research vulnerable to being hijacked by predatory journals. Therefore, our study came to shed light on this phenomenon, which is eroding the field of scientific publishing, in which we try to take note of the various aspects of the subject, and to indicate the mechanisms that must be taken, to protect scientific papers from these unethical practices in the field of scientific research. مكنت رغبة الباحثين في خوض تجربة النشر العلمي الدولي، من الدفع بهم للبحث عن مجلات علمية رصينة، مدرجة ضمن منصات بيانات دولية، تمكنهم من نشر مقالاتهم ضمن مستويات أعلى، لما للعملية من مخرجات إيجابية، تمس توسعة مرئية الأبحاث، وزيادة مقروئيتها، مما سيسهم في تحسين تصنيف المؤسسات الأكاديمية عامة والباحثين خاصة، لكن هذا الانفتاح يحمل في خضمه نوعا من المخاطرة، التي تحتمل الإيقاع بالباحث في فخ الافتراس، لوجود مستودعات رقمية مختصة في الاحتيال، والتي يصعب على الباحث التمييز بينها وبين المجلات الأصيلة، في ظل عالم رقمي واسع ومتشابك، يتبعه نقص في الوعي وقصر في التأطير الأكاديمي المرتبط بهذا الميدان من النشر المفهرس، مما يجعل أبحاثه عرضة للاختطاف من طرف المجلات المفترسة، لذلك جاءت دراستنا لتميط الغموض عن الظاهرة، التي تنخر ميدان النشر العلمي، محاولين فيها الإحاطة بمختلف حيثيات الموضوع، وتبيان الآليات الواجب اتخاذها، لحماية الأوراق العلمية من هذه الممارسات لا الأخلاقية في ميدان البحث العلمي.
