الملخص
الملخص: يتأكد تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على الاقتصاد والمجتمع بشكل لا يمكن تجاهله يوما بعد يوم فهو لم يعد مجرد رفاهية. كونه يملك القدرة على تحويل الصناعات، وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، ومواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية؛ لأنه يزيد الإنتاجية ويفتح آفاقًا جديدة للابتكار؛ لكنه يتطلب تخطيطًا استراتيجيًا واستثمارًا في البحث والتطوير، والتعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والصناعية والهيئات الحكومية لاستغلال فوائد هذه التكنولوجيا بشكل كامل. علاوة على ذلك، لابد أن تكون الأخلاق والممارسات المسؤولة في صميم تطوير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل استخدامٍ آمن لضمان الشفافية والعدالة وحماية الخصوصية، ما يجعل التعاون الدولي أمراً حاسم لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة من خلال وضع إطار قانوني دولي وداخلي قوي ومتماسك. Abstract: The impact of artificial intelligence on the economy and society is becoming increasingly significant and cannot be ignored. It is no longer just a luxury; AI has the power to transform industries, drive economic growth, and address social challenges. It increases productivity and opens up new avenues for innovation. However, it requires strategic planning and investment in research and development, as well as collaboration between academic institutions, industries, and government entities, to fully leverage the benefits of this technology. Furthermore, ethics and responsible practices must be at the core of AI technology development to ensure safe use, transparency, fairness, and privacy protection. This makes international collaboration crucial in addressing common challenges through the establishment of strong and cohesive international and domestic legal frameworks.
