الملخص
يهدف البحث الى تشخيص السمات الشخصية والمهارات الفردية للمرأة وتحديد أي من السمات الشخصية والمهارات الفردية التي تعد أولوية لدى المرأة المقاولة من وجهة نظر عينة من الاكاديميات في كلية الادارة والاقتصاد في جامعة بغداد ؟ وإذ أن الأكاديميين هم قادة المجتمع والأقدر على تشخيص ذلك وإذ أن العنصر النسوي من الأكاديميين أقرب لعقلية المرأة المبادرة اختيرت عينة قصديه بحجم (40) من الاكاديميات في الكلية الادارة والاقتصاد في جامعة بغداد عينة للبحث من مجتمع البحث البالغ (25 ) وهذا تمثيل كافي حسب جدول (Morgan. D.W& Krejcie, 1970) وقد استخدمت اساليب احصائية متعددة لاختبار صلاحية المقياس وعرض وتشخيص السمات الشخصية والمهارات الفردية من وجهة نظر العينة المبحوثة واستخدام اختبارة d) Cohen's) لتمييز حجم التأثير بين السمات والمهارات ، وكانت ابرز النتائج تميز سمة الانفراد والتميز على السمات الشخصية ومهارة توليد الافكار على باقي المهارات ، اما بصدد التأثير في ظاهرة التحول الى المقاولاتية فقد كانت اكثرها تأثيرا هي مهارة توليد الافكار واقلها تأثيرا هي سمة الشخصية. The research aims to diagnose the personal characteristics and individual skills of women and determine which of the personal characteristics and individual skills that are a priority for entrepreneurial women from the point of view of a sample of academics in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad? And since the academics are the leaders of society and the most capable of diagnosing this, and since the female component of the academics is closer to the mentality of the initiative woman, a sample of intentional size (40) was chosen from the academics in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Baghdad, a sample for research from the adult research community (52 ) and this is a sufficient representation according to the (Krejcie table and Morgan, 1970) multiple statistical methods were used to test the validity of the scale and display and diagnose personality traits and individual skills from the point of view of the sample studied and the use of (D) Cohen's test to distinguish the size of the effect between traits and skills, and the most prominent results were distinguishing the trait of loneliness and discrimination on personal traits and the skill of generating Ideas affect the rest of the skills. As for the impact on the phenomenon of transformation into entrepreneurship, the most influential was the skill of generating ideas, and the least influential was the personality trait.
