الملخص
تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى أثر التحول الرقمي على كفاءة أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية ، ولقياس الأثر قمنا بإعداد دراسة قياسية على مجموعة من الدول العربية (السعودية، الكويت، الإمارات، قطر، لبنان، البحرين، الأردن، عمان، مصر، تونس والمغرب) خلال الفترة من : 2000-2022 ؛ وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن العلاقة متباينة في الأجل القصير من دولة لأخرى لذلك لم يكن الأثر معنوي ، أما على المدى الطويل فقد وجدنا أثر ايجابي للتحول الرقمي على كفاءة الأسواق المالية مما يشير إلى ثبات الأسعار التي تعكس جميع المعلومات فيها وهو ما يحقق مستوى الكفاءة للسوق المالي . This study addressed the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of Arab stock markets. To measure the impact, we prepared a standard study on a group of Arab countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco) during the period from : 2000-2022; This study concluded that the relationship varied in the short term from one country to another, so the effect was not significant. However, in the long term, we found a positive impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of financial markets, which indicates the stability of prices that reflect all the information in them, which achieves the level of efficiency of the financial market.
