الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة منصات التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي في سد فجوة تمويل ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية في الدول العربية، حيث يعتبر التمويل أكبر عقبة لهذا القطاع مقارنة بباقي العقبات، خاصة في ظل تخلف النظام المصرفي في بعض الدول وقلة البدائل التمويلية المتاحة، مما جعل فجوة التمويل تتوسع. من هنا تبرز أهمية منصات التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي كبديل تمويلي ملائم لسد هذه الفجوة، كونه يوفر فئة جديدة من الأصول التي تناسب أكثر المستثمرين الصغار، ويتيح إمكانية الوصول لعدد كبير من الممولين. وتتلخص نتائج الدراسة في الآتي: - يشهد قطاع ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية في الوطن العربي تزايدا في نشاطه وتوسعا في مشاريعه، غير أن ذلك غير كاف ويحتاج إلى المزيد من الجهود لجعل هذا القطاع ذو أولوية. - تعتبر منصات التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي آلية تساعد أصحاب مشاريع ريادة الأعمال الإجتماعية على حشد مواردهم المالية، بما ينسجم مع معتقداتهم وقناعاتهم وتوجهاتهم الإسلامية في المنطقة العربية. - يحتاج التمويل الجماعي الإسلامي في الدول العربية إلى المزيد من التقنين والتنظيم ودعم بنيته التحتية. This study aimed to highlight the contribution of Islamic crowdfunding platforms in bridging the financing gap for social entrepreneurship in Arab countries, as financing is considered the biggest obstacle to this sector compared to other obstacles, especially in light of the backwardness of the banking system in some countries and the lack of available financing alternatives, which made the financing gap Expanding. Hence the importance of Islamic crowdfunding platforms as an appropriate financing alternative to bridge this gap, It provides a new category of assets that is more suitable for small investors, and provides access to a large number of financiers. The results of the study are summarized as follows: -The social entrepreneurship sector in the Arab world is growing in activity and expanding in its projects. However, this is not enough and requires further efforts to make this sector a priority. -Islamic collective funding platforms are a mechanism to help social entrepreneurs mobilize their financial resources, consistent with their Islamic beliefs, convictions and orientations in the Arab region. -Islamic crowdfunding in Arab countries needs more legalization, regulation, and infrastructure support.
