علاقة القيم التنظيمية للقادة بفعاليتهم التنظيمية

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم علاقة القيم التنظيمية للقادة بفعاليتهم التنظيمية وذلك من خلال إجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين القيم التنظيمية للقادة وفعاليتهم التنظيمية؟ ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بإجراء دراسة استطلاعية ومن خلالها ببناء أدوات الدراسة والتأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية. وتمت الدراسة الاساسية على عينة تتكون من 403 عاملاً من الشركة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز وسط مديرية التوزيع البليدة، وبعد جمع البيانات، ومناقشتها كمًا وكيفًا، توصلنا لوجود للعلاقة الارتباطية بين القيم التنظيمية للقادة وفعاليتهم التنظيمية. This study aimed to understand the relationship between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness by answering the following main question: Is there a correlation between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness? For this purpose, we conducted an exploratory study through which we built study tools and verified their psychometric properties. The main study was carried out on a sample of 403 workers from the National Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in the center of the Blida Distribution Directorate, and after collecting data and discussing them quantitatively and qualitatively, we concluded that there is a correlation between the organizational values of leaders and their organizational effectiveness.
