الملخص
لا شك أن نمط الحياة في المناطق الحضرية يختلف عنه في المناطق الريفية بناء على حاجيات الأفراد الأساسية وطبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية وكذا نوعية الأنشطة الاقتصادية مما يفرض متطلبات تنموية مختلفة عن تلك المناطق غير الحضرية، لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة التحضر بصفته حركة اجتماعية يتم من خلالها انتقال الأفراد من منطقة جغرافية معينة إلى منطقة جغرافية أخرى وغالبا ما يكون الانتقال من الريف نحو المدن، وهنا تبدأ حياة جديدة يتطلب الأمر التكيف معها، ويؤدي ذلك الى تغير اجتماعي ثقافي، كما تهدف هذه الورقة كذلك لتوضيح وتقييم السياسات المنتهجة من طرف السلطات العمومية في الجزائر قصد تحقيق التنمية الحضرية والتمدن. من النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد أن العديد من القطاعات داخل المدينة تساهم بشكل متكامل في التسيير الحضري قصد إيجاد الحلول العلمية والعملية لما يطرح من مشاكل حضرية وفق نظرة شاملة متكاملة ومندمجة تتجاوز النظرة القطاعية البحثة، وهو ما حاولنا تقديمه كرهان تنموي حضري في الجزائر. There is no doubt that the lifestyle in urban areas differs from that in rural areas based on the basic needs of individuals, the nature of social relations, as well as the quality of economic activities, which imposes different development requirements from those in non-urban areas. Therefore, this research paper aims to identify urbanization as a social-geographic phenomenon represented by the movement Population from rural areas to urban areas gradually adapts to the ways of life and lifestyles found in cities, and this leads to social and cultural change. This paper also aims to clarify and evaluate the policies pursued by public authorities in Algeria in order to achieve urban development and urbanization. From the results obtained, we find that many sectors within the city contribute in an integrated manner to urban management in order to find scientific and practical solutions to the urban problems that arise according to a comprehensive, and integrated view that goes beyond the research sectoral view, which is what we tried to present as an urban development bet in Algeria
