الملخص
التعليم هو قاطرة التنمية، وأثبت الواقع أنّ الدول التي تمكنت من بناء اقتصادياتها على أسس متينة وقوية هي الدول التي استثمرت بقوة في رأسمالها البشري من خلال تعليمه وتمكينه. لذا تهدف هده الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية التعليم المقاولاتي وضرورة إدماجه في المناهج الدراسية لجميع مراحل النظام التعليمي في الجزائر مع استعمال مقاربات التدريس المناسبة، للوصول إلى تحقيق كفاءات وسلوكات في خريجي هذا النظام تجعلهم قادرين على المبادرة وتحمل المسؤولية والولوج إلى عالم الأعمال من خلال ابتكار وإنشاء مؤسساتهم الخاصة والمشاركة في التنمية الاقتصادية. تتمثل النتائج المتوصل إليها في تغيير نظرة الدول للتعليم، فبينما كان ينظر إليه بصفته قطاع عقيم، أصبحت الدول المتقدمة حاليا تنفق وتستثمر في التعليم بسخاء إيمانا منها بأن المجتمع المتعلم يتطور بالضرورة ويتبوأ المراكز الأولى في الترتيب العالمي في أغلب المجالات وعلى رأسها المجال الاقتصادي، أي أن التعليم الراقي في أي مجتمع يخلق بالضرورة اقتصاد قوي ومتنوع، وهو ما تبنته الجزائر مؤخرا في إدراج المقاولاتية في التعليم الجامعي. The education is the engine of development, and reality has proven that the countries that have been able to build their economies on solid and strong foundations are the countries that have invested heavily in their human capital by educating, empowering. So this research paper aims to highlight the importance of entrepreneurial education and the necessity of integrating it into the methods for all stages of the educational system in Algeria, with the use of appropriate teaching approaches, in order to reach the achievement of competencies and behaviors in the graduates of this system that make them able to initiate, take responsibility, and enter the business world through Innovate and establish their own enterprises and participate in economic development. The results reached are represented in changing countries’ view of education. While it was seen as a sterile sector, developed countries are now spending and investing generously in education, believing that the educated society necessarily develops and occupies the first positions in the global ranking in most fields, especially the economic field. Upscale education in any society necessarily creates a strong and diversified economy, which Algeria has recently adopted in including entrepreneurship in university education.
