التجمعات السكانية الحضرية الجديدة: الوجه الآخر للمدينة -حي حراثن بولاية جيجل (أنموذجا)-

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الكيان الاجتماعي للتجمع السكني الحضري الجديد حي حراثن بولاية جيجل. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستمارة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين الذين قدر عددهم بـ 90 مواطنا قاطنا بحي حراثن. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المحيط الحضري والعمراني للتجمع السكني الحضري الجديد حي حراثن يتميز بمجموعة من الخصوصيات، كما أن طبيعة الخصوصية الثقافية والاجتماعية لقاطني التجمع السكني الحضري الجديد حي حراثن بولاية جيجل مختلفة حسب مكان إقامتهم الأول ومدة انتقالهم للسكن بالحي ووضعيتهم الاجتماعية. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الراهنة بأن علاقات الجيرة في التجمع السكني الحضري الجديد حي حراثن تتميز بمجموعة من الخصوصيات تبرز أساسا في تقليص مفهوم الجار وتحاشي الاحتكاك بغيرهم من سكان العمارة أو الحي تجنبا للمشاكل والابقاء على علاقة الجيرة سطحية ما بين سكان الحي تجنبا للمشاكل، والحفاظ على علاقات حسنة مع الجيران. This study aimed to identify the reality of the social entity of the new urban residential community Harathen neighborhood in Jijel state. The researcher used the descriptive method and the questionnaire tool to collect data from the respondents, whose number was estimated at 90 citizens living in the Harathen neighborhood. The study concluded that the urban and physical surroundings of the new urban residential community, Harathen neighborhood, is characterized by a set of characteristics, and the nature of the cultural and social privacy of the residents of the new urban residential community, Harathen neighborhood, in the state of Jijel, is different according to their first place of residence, the period of their move to live in the neighborhood, and their social status. The results of the current study also showed that the neighborly relations in the new urban residential community, Harathen neighborhood, are characterized by a set of characteristics that emerge mainly in reducing the concept of the neighbor and avoiding contact with other residents of the building or the neighborhood in order to avoid problems and maintaining a superficial neighborly relationship between the residents of the neighborhood in order to avoid problems, and maintaining relationships good with the neighbours.
