الملخص
عرفت باريس كميتروبول نقاشات جدّ محتدمة مع مطلع القرن 19م حول المسألة الكولونيالية، وقد زادت هذه التجاذبات حدّة خلال عهد الملك لويس فيليب Louis Phillipe ومَلَكية جويلية 1830-1848؛ وبالخصوص حول جدوى الإستيطان بما سمي ﺑ"الممتلكات الجديدة بشمال إفريقيا"؛ الجزائر، فبين متحمسين لذلك ومدافعين عن نجاحه، ومعارضين له ومتنبئين بفشله، أحدثت أصوات هؤلاء الأخيرين رغم قلتها؛ دويّا في المجتمع السياسي الفرنسي، وذلك بمناداتها جهرا بما تؤمن به من أفكار جريئة؛ وما تخمّنه من تصورات في كتاباتها المختلفة، مسجلة بذلك أحد صفحات تطور الفكر المناهض للكولونيالية في فرنسا. وبالقدر الذي يحاول فيه هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على جزء من تلك النقاشات، بالقدر الذي يقدم فيه مثالا فريدا لتلك الأصوات التي عبرت عن ذلك الفكر، وتميزت بقوة حجاجيتها وجدلها، إنها دون شك تلك الشخصية السياسية والبرلمانية الفرنسية التي مثلها أميدي ديجوبير Amédie Desjobert، المعروف بشراسة مناهضته للإحتلال الإستيطاني عموما، كما تشهد عليه أعماله العديدة حول نقد الإستيطان بالجزائر، والتي تعتبر مثالا جليا على تلك الكتابة النقدية والرصينة القليلة، التي كشفت وبعمق هشاشة النظريات الكولونيالية التوسعية والإستيطانية في فرنسا وفي أوروبا. Paris, as a colonial center, was known for its intense debates during Louis Philippe era 1830-1848, about the feasibility of the settlement operation in the new colony of Algeria, especially between those who were enthusiastic about this idea and who defended its future success, and those who opposed it and predicted its failure. The voices of the opposers, despite their fewness, caused a resonance in the French political community by calling out publicly the ideas in which they believed and the perceptions they guessed in their various writings. As much as this article attempts to shed light on part of these debates, as much as it presents a unique example of one of these voices that she publicly expressed this thought and stood out for the force of argumentative logic and her organized style. There is no doubt that the French political and parliamentary personality represented by Amédie Desjobert, well known as a tireless opponent of colonization, whose numerous works which deal with colonization in Algeria, can be considered as a very clear example of critical and very solid studies, which profoundly revealed the fragility of expansionist and colonial theories of settlement in France and in Europe.
