التناول العيادي لمظاهر التسمية الشفهية لدى المصابين بالحبسة ازدواجيي اللغة دراسة حالات في ضوء نموذج Bia

ملخص: سعت الدراسة الحالية، إلى وصف وتحليل مظاهر التسمية الشفهية لدى حبسي بروكا ازدواجيي اللغة (عربية، أمازيغية)، وتم الكشف عنها بتمرير اختبار الحبسى إزدواجي اللغة (BAT) لـ: ميشال باراديس و ليبان1987، الذي قام بتحقيق الفحص في قسمه العربي على البيئة المغاربية كل من محمد رؤوف العبيدي و الزهرة ميموني، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي عن طريق دراسة حالة على خمسة حالات مصابة بحبسة بروكا ناطقة باللغتين العربية العامية والأمازيغية الشاوية، هدفت الدراسة إلى تفسير مظاهر التسمية الشفهية لدى الحبسي ازدواجي اللغة استنادا إلى نموذج التنشيط التفاعلي إزدواجي اللغة (BIA) للتعرف على الكلمة لـ ـ: (Dijkstra et al.1998 )، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن حبسي بروكا ازدواجي اللغة يظهر اضطرابات في نشاط التسمية الشفهية، كما وجدنا أشكال أخرى من مظاهر التسمية الشفهية لدى المصابين، و سمح النموذج من استكشاف طرق المعالجة المعجمية للمصاب بحبسة بروكا ازدواجي اللغة Abstract: The present study aimed to describe and analyze the manifestations of oral naming in Broca's aphasic bilinguals (Arabic, Tamazight), and it was revealed by the passing of the Bilingual Aphasia Test (BAT) for: Michel Paradis and Liban 1987, who carried out the examination in its Arabic section on the Maghreb environment each From Muhammad Raouf Labidi and Al-Zahra Mimouni, we used the descriptive approach through a case study on five cases with Broca's aphasia, speaking both Dialect Arabic and Tamazight. The study aimed to explain the manifestations of oral naming in bilingual aphasia according to the Bilingual Interactive Activation Model (BIA) for word recognition for: (Dijkstra et al. 1998), the results of the study showed that Broca's bilingual confinement shows disturbances in oral naming activity, and we also found other forms of oral nomenclature in Broca's bilingual aphasia, and the model allowed us to explore treatment methods lexicon of bilingual Broca's aphasia.. Résumé: La présente étude visait à décrire et à analyser les manifestations de la dénomination orale chez les bilingues aphasiques de Broca (arabe, tamazight), et elle a été révélée par la réussite du test bilingue aphasie (BAT) pour : Michel Paradis et Liban 1987, qui ont réalisé l'examen en sa section arabe sur l'environnement maghrébin chaque De Muhammad Raouf Labidi et Al-Zahra Mimouni, nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive à travers une étude de cas sur cinq cas atteints d'aphasie de Broca, parlant à la fois l'arabe dialecte et Tamazight. L’étude visait à expliquer les manifestations de la dénomination orale en aphasie bilingue selon le Modèle d'Activation Interactif Bilingue (BIA) pour la reconnaissance des mots pour: (Dijkstra et al.1998), les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'enfermement bilingue de Broca montre des perturbations dans l'activité de dénomination orale, et nous avons également trouvé d'autres formes de nomenclature orale dans l'aphasie bilingue de Broca, et la modèle nous a permis d'explorer des méthodes de traitement lexical de l'aphasie de Broca bilingue.
