الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية والفروق من حيث الجنس. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة بشركة الإسمنت(SCIBS)بولاية عين تموشنت، حيث تم استخدام استبيان خاص بجودة الحياة الوظيفية تم إعداده من قبل الباحثتين وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من 30عامل، بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأسفرت الدراسة عن وجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الحياة الوظيفية، وعدم وجود فروق من حيث جودة الحياة الوظيفية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. This study aims to measure the level of quality of work life and differences in terms of gender. The study was conducted on a sample of the cement company (SCIBS) in the state of Ain Temouchent, where a questionnaire on the quality of work life was used, prepared by the two researchers and applied to a sample of 30 workers, following the descriptive and analytical approach. The study resulted in a high level of quality of work life, and no differences in terms of quality of work life attributable to the gender variable.
