الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دراسات الجدوى للمشاريع المقاولاتية نموذج روضة أطفال، وذلك بتقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول شمل مفاهيم كل من المشاريع المقاولاتية، دراسات الجدوى وروضة الأطفال، أما المبحث الثاني تم التطرق إلى المشاريع المقاولاتية من خلال عوامل نجاح المشاريع المقاولاتية والآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لهاته المشاريع، في حين جاء المبحث الثالث لتحليل المحاور الواجب التطرق لها في دراسة الجدوى من الناحية القانونية، الإدارية، المالية، البيداغوجية وأخيرا الناحية الاجتماعية والنفسية، لمعرفة مدى نجاح مشروع روضة أطفال، أما المبحث الرابع فقد تم من خلاله عرض دراسة جدوى شاملة لمشروع روضة أطفال، وهذا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم التوصل إلى أن دراسات الجدوى بالنسبة للمشاريع المقاولاتية لا بد من أن تكون تشمل المشروع وتحيط به من مختلف الجوانب لضمان نجاحه واستمراريته. من هذا المنطلق توصي الدراسة بضرورة تشكيل فرق عمل من مختلف التخصصات لعمل دراسات الجدوى لمختلف المشاريع وتقييمها. This study aims to highlight the feasibility studies of project contracting kindergarten model by dividing the study into four investigations; The first research covered the concepts of both contracting projects, feasibility studies and kindergarten, The second study dealt with contracting projects through the factors of the success of contracting projects and the economic and social effects of such projects. s legal feasibility study ", while the third examination analysed the axes to be addressed in the legal feasibility study, Administrative, financial, pedagogical and finally socio-psychological, to determine the success of the kindergarten project, The fourth study presented a comprehensive feasibility study of the kindergarten project, based on the analytical descriptive approach. It has been concluded that feasibility studies for contracting projects must include and surround the project in various respects to ensure its success and continuity. It is in this spirit that the study recommends that task forces of different disciplines be formed to work and evaluate feasibility studies for different projects.
