ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس حجم الاعتماد الاقتصادي المتبادل بين الجزائر ودول الساحل الإفريقي، بالتركيز على ثلاث دول لها حدود جغرافية مع الجزائر، هي؛ مالي، النيجر، وموريتانيا، وذلك في ظل التوجه العالمي نحو التكتلات الاقتصادية، وتشكل هشاشة البنية الاقتصادية لمنطقة الساحل الإفريقي أهم التحديات التي تواجه مسار التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول المنطقة، لذلك سعت الجزائر لتطوير البنية الاقتصادية لدول الساحل الإفريقي عبر العديد من المبادرات، لأنها أصبحت مقتنعة بضرورة الاهتمام بجوارها الإقليمي، لكن السياسة التنموية الجزائرية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي اصطدمت بمجموعة من العراقيل حالت دون تفعيلها، وفي مقدمتها ضعف الإمكانيات، وغياب الإرادة السياسية. Abstract: This study aims to measure the extent of the economic interdependence between Algeria and the African Sahel States, focusing on three countries with geographical boundaries with Algeria; Mali, Niger and Mauritania, in view of the global trend towards economic blocs, The fragility of the economic structure of the African Sahel region poses the most significant challenges to the course of economic integration among the countries of the region Algeria has therefore endeavoured to develop the economic structure of the African Sahelian States through several initiatives. It had become convinced of the need to pay attention to its regional neighbourhood, but Algeria's development policy in the Sahel region had been hampered by a series of obstacles that had prevented its operationalization, notably the lack of capacity and political will.
