الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة، جزئية الحرية كمدخل للأمن والتنمية، من خلال التركيز على الحريات الإنسانية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية والأمن، بالاعتماد على طروحات "أمارتيا سن" الذي اعتبر الحرية وسيلة ومكون أساسي للتنمية والأمن، من منطلق التحرر من الفقر هي اللبنة الأولى للتنمية، والمؤسس للأمن. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن التعامل مع الأزمات الانسانية في الساحل الافريقي يتطلب تعزيز وتفعيل الخيارات المتاحة من أجل ولأجل الأفراد، والمؤسس للعملية التنموية المنتجة للأمن الشامل. This study deals with the part of freedom as an entry point to security and development, by focusing on human freedoms and their role in achieving development and security, relying on the proposals of Amartya Sen, who considered freedom from Poverty is the first building block of development and the foundation of security. The study reached a basic conclusion that dealing with humanitarian crises in the African coast requires strengthening and activating the options available for and for individuals, and the foundation of the development process that produces comprehensive security.
