التّعلّم الذّاتي وسيكولوجيّة الدّافعيّة في السّياق المدرسي

الملخص
ملخص: في ظلّ التّطور التّكنولوجي السّريع والانفجار المعرفي أصبح من الضّروري الاهتمام بالتّعليم والبحث عن طرق واستراتيجيّات تهدف إلى إعداد متعلّمين قادرين على مواكبة واستعاب هذه التّطوّرات. ويُعدُّ التّعلّم الذّاتي أحد الاستراتيجيّات الحديثة الّذي يسعى إلى إعداد التّلاميذ للاعتماد على النّفس للحصول على المعلومات والمعارف والقدرة على توظيفها، بالإضافة إلى تعليم الفرد كيف يعلّم نفسه بنفسه، ومن أهمّ خصائص التّعلّم الذّاتي احترام الفروق الفرديّة وإثارة دافعيّة التّعلّم من خلال التّغذيّة الرّاجعة والتّنويع في الأنشطة والمواد الدّراسيّة وإعطاء التّلميذ حرّيّة الاختيار. ودافعيّة التّعلّم هي ذلك التّفاعل القائم بين الفرد وما يحمله من أفكار ومعتقدات ومشاعر وبين البيئة الماديّة والمعنويّة، إذن إثارة دافعيّة التّلاميذ تعتمد على هذه العوامل معًا. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى التّعرّف على دور التّعلّم الذّاتي في استثارة دافعيّة التّعلّم في السّياق المدرسي. Abstract: In light of the rapid technological development and the explosion of knowledge, it has become necessary to pay attention to education and search for methods and strategies aimed at preparing learners capable of keeping up with... And comprehend these developments. Self-learning is one of the modern strategies that seeks to prepare students to rely on themselves to obtain information and knowledge and the ability to employ them, in addition to teaching the individual how to teach himself on his own. One of the most important characteristics of self-learning is respecting individual differences and stimulating learning motivation through feedback. Diversifying activities and academic subjects and giving the student freedom of choice. Motivation to learn is the interaction that exists between the individual and the ideas, beliefs, and feelings he carries and the physical and moral environment. Therefore, raising students’ motivation depends on these factors together. The current research aims to identify the role of self-learning in stimulating learning motivation in the school context.
