دور الكفاءة التّدريسية واستراتيجية العصف الذّهني في تنمية التّفكير الابداعي لدى التّلاميذ

الملخص
ملخص: في ظلّ التّطورات العلميّة و التّكنولوجيّة السّريعة لم يعد دور المعلّم مقتصرا على نقل المعرفة إلى المتعلّمين فحسب، بل أصبح يمثّل الأداة الفعّالة في تنميّة قدرات المتعلّمين العقليّة و الاجتماعيّة والجسميّة والوجدانيّة وأصبح هو المخطّط والمنفذ والمقوّم للعمليّة التّعليميّة. بالإضافة إلى دوره الإرشادي والتّوجيهي في تحقيق جودة التّعليم . ولنجاح المعلّم في أداء مهامه يجب أن يتمتّع بكفاءة تدريسية تمكّنه من تنفيذ النّشاط التّعليمي بكلّ مهارة و إتقان . والكفاءة التّدريسيّة بجوانبها المختلفة المعرفيّة و الأدائيّة و الوجدانيّة تجعل المعلّم قادرا على تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى التّلاميذ والذي يعتبر نشاط عقلي مركّب وهادف توجّهه رغبة قويّة في البحث عن حلول و التّوصل إلى إنتاج جديد . ويتميّـز التّفكير الإبداعي بالشّموليّة و التّعقيد لأنّه يحمل في طيّاته عناصر معرفيّة و انفعاليّة و أخلاقيّـة متداخلــة . كمـا يقــوم على مجموعـة من الاستراتيجيّــات كاستراتيجيّــة حل المشكلات والعصف الذّهني والتّعلّم التّعاوني والمناقشات الجماعيّة التّعلّم بالاكتشاف ... Abstract: In light of the rapid scientific and technological developments, the role of the teacher is no longer limited to transferring knowledge to the learners only, but rather he has become an effective tool in developing the mental, social, physical and emotional capabilities of the learners and he has become the planner, implementer and evaluator of the educational process. In addition to his advisory and directive role in achieving quality education. In order for the teacher to succeed in performing his duties, he must have teaching competence that enables him to implement the educational activity with all skill and mastery. Teaching competence, with its various cognitive, performance, and emotional aspects, makes the teacher capable of developing creative thinking among students, which is considered a complex and purposeful mental activity guided by a strong desire to search for solutions and arrive at new productions. Creative thinking is characterized by comprehensiveness and complexity because it carries within it overlapping cognitive, emotional, and moral elements. It is also based on a set of strategies, such as problem solving, brainstorming, cooperative learning, group discussions, discovery learning...
