النظام الانتخابي الأمريكي The American Electoral System

الملخص
تتمايز مختلف ديمقراطيات الأنظمة السياسية عن بعضها البعض بتمايز أنظمتها الانتخابية، من حيث توفرها على مناخ يمكن مواطنيها من ممارسة حقوقهم السياسية، والتعبير عن إرادتهم الحقيقية في اختيار ممثليهم، ومن بين هذه الأنظمة الانتخابية، نظام الانتخاب المعتمد في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي تُعد أحد أعرق الديمقراطيات في العالم. من خلال هذا البحث سنتطرق بالدراسة للنظام الانتخابي الأمريكي حيث سنتطرق إلى عدة نقاط منها مفهوم الانتخاب و إبراز أهم أنواع الأنظمة الانتخابية بالإضافة إلى التطرق لأهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالعملية الانتخابية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خصوصا ما تعلق بالمجمع الانتخابي ونظام الثنائية الحزبية، وصولا لأهم المراحل التي تمر بها هاته العملية. Through this research, we will address the study of the American electoral system, where we will address several points, including the concept of election and highlight the most important types of electoral systems, in addition to addressing the most important concepts related to the electoral process in the United States of America, especially those related to the electoral college and the two-party system, leading to the most important stages that it passes through. This process.
