الملخص
تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية مشيخة المهاجرين التواتيين بمدينة تونس، وكلمة تواتيين نسبة لإقليم توات الواقع في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري، وكانت الجالية التواتية من بين الجاليات الجزائرية التي أنشئت لها مشيخة خاصة بها في العاصمة تونس بعد إلحاح من المهاجرين التواتيين، وقد تناوب على ترأس مشيخة توات عدة شيوخ منذ تأسيسها إلى نهاية الحماية الفرنسية لتونس، وأهم ما ميز مشيخة توات أنها شهدت اضطرابات كثيرة بسبب عدم الرضا على كل الشيوخ من قبل عدد من مرؤوسيهم، وكذلك الرد من الشيوخ على معارضيهم، وتجلى هذا الصراع في العرائض والتقارير المرسلة إلى سلطات الحماية الفرنسية والتي سنسلط عليها الضوء من خلال هذه الدراسة. This research paper explores the Emigrant Shaykhdom of the Tuati in the city of Tunis. The term "Tuati" refers to the region of Tuat, located in the southwestern part of Algeria. The Tuati community was one of the Algerian communities for which a specific Shaykhdom was established in the capital city of Tunis, following the insistence of the Tuati emigrants. Several shuyukh took turns leading this Shaykhdom from its establishment until the end of the French protection of Tunisia. What distinguished the Tuati Shaykhdom the most was the numerous disturbances it witnessed due to the dissatisfaction with various shuyukh by some of their subordinates, as well as the responses of the shuyukh to their opponents. This conflict was evident in the complaints and reports sent to the French protection authorities. This issue will be highlighted in this study.
