الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تحقيق مخطوطة تتضمن مجموعة من الأسئلة المنطقية المتعلقة بالوضع والحمل التي طرحها علي بن الأمين الجزائري وأجوبتها للجوهري الصغير، فمن الناحية الشكلية فهي تكشف عن التمازج بين فنّي الشعر والنثر سواء في عرض المشكلات المنطقية الدقيقة أو حين الإجابة عنها، وبالإضافة إلى قيمتها العلمية فهي تصور لنا ذلك التواصل العلمي الحضاري بين شرق افريقيا وبلاد المغرب خلال القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر، وتؤكد امتداد اتصال علمي الفقه والمنطق، هذا التقليد الذي رسّخه أبو حامد الغزالي منذ القرن الحادي عشرة، وامتد لحوالي ثمانية قرون إلى غاية فترة بداية الحملات الاستعمارية على شمال إفريقيا. This paper aims to edit a manuscript that comprises a set of logical questions related to predication and hypothesis which were presented by ʾalī ban al-āmīn al-ǧazāirī, along with their answers to al-jawharī al-ṣaġīr. Regarding the form, the paper reveals the harmony and blending between the art of poetry and prose, whether in presenting precise logical problems or when answering them. And in addition to its scientific value, it depicts the civilized scientific communication between East Africa and the Maghreb during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, and it further confirms the extent of the connection between al-Fiqh and Logic sciences. This traditional practice was established by Abū Ḥāmid al-Ghazālī since the eleventh century and was extended for about eight centuries until the beginning of the colonial campaigns in North Africa.
