The World Intellectual Property Organization Is An Agency For Implementing Foreign Trade Law

Abstract
This study aims to clarify the relationship between the World Intellectual Property Organization and foreign trade by providing an international framework for the protection of intellectual property rights, which enhances innovation and international trade. This study summarized the necessity of activating the mechanisms of the World Intellectual Property Organization to resolve and settle international disputes that may arise from Implementing and implementing international agreements concluded within their framework, raising the level of awareness of intellectual property and encouraging creators.
