الملخص
تعتبر الإشكالات المعرفية من أهم مهمات الدارسين، وخاصة الناحية المصطلحية وما يتعلق بها من بنية مفاهيمية لتحصيل المكون الوظيفي على المستوى التعبيري تحليلا أو تأريخا للمصطلح المتداول معرفيا أو اجتماعيا، ولذلك جاءت هذه المداخلة للتوصل بها إلى تحرير مورد التأثير والتفاعل بين المتخاطبين لتفسير الوظيفية المصطلحية في مقام الإفهام والتواصل مع تبيين معايير البنية المفاهيمية تفسيرا وترجمة لها وفق قوانين اللغة العربية. Cognitive problems are considered one of the most important tasks for scholars, especially the terminological aspect and the conceptual structure related to it, in order to achieve the functional component at the expressive level, an analysis or history of the term used cognitively or socially. Therefore, this intervention came to achieve the goal of liberating the resource of influence and interaction between the interlocutors to interpret terminological functionalism in the context of Understanding and communicating while clarifying the standards of the conceptual structure, interpreting and translating them according to the laws of the Arabic language.
