الملخص
الملخص تستمد هذه الورقة مرجعيتها من خطاب الشرح لعلم أصول الفقه، حيث خلف الأصوليون مدونة تضمنت دراسات لغوية متميزة، أضحت فيما بعد؛ مثالا لمدى كفاءة الفعل الإتصالي بين المتخاطبين، فنظرة عجلى؛ تلفهم قد حثوا السير ناحية البحث اللغوي، انطلاقا من العلاقة القائمة بين اللفظ والمعنى، كونها النطاق الرحب الذي تأخذ فيه الدلالة في التشكُّل والتكوين، فبه يحدد المعنى، ومنه تطلب المقاصد، وفي ضوئه يتحقق الفهم، لذا غدا الترابط الحاصل بين اللفظ والمعنى أهم القضايا اللغوية التي استقطبت جهود الباحثين، ولئن كانت الدلالة هي السمة المميزة للمواد اللغوية؛ فإن المقاصد هي أبرز العوامل المتحكمة في استعمال اللغة وإنتاج الخطاب، بحيث يستند المنتج ههنا؛ إلى المواضعة تارة، فتُكسِب اللغةَ خاصية التواصل والإبلاغ، كما تضفي عليها صفة الشمول والتماسك، أو لعل المواقف تدفعه تلقاء الاستعمال، فيعدل بذلك عن الأصل منتهكا سنن التواضع، ومن ثم يكون للتداول دخل عظيم في بقاء اللغة نابضة بالحياة، بحيث يمدها الاستعمال توسعا دلاليا، لكيما تظل موادها الألفاظ والعبارات مسايرة لحركية الفكر الانساني في تجليات إبداعه. Summary : This paper derives its reference from the discourse of explanation of the science of jurisprudence, where the fundamentalists left a code that included distinct linguistic studies, which later became; An example of the efficiency of the communicative act between the interlocutors, a hasty look; Their students have urged the direction of linguistic research, based on the existing relationship between the word and the meaning, as it is the wide range in which the signification takes shape and formation, through which the meaning is determined, and from it the purposes are sought, and in its light the understanding is achieved, so the interdependence between the word and the meaning has become the most important linguistic issue. which attracted the efforts of researchers, although the semantic is the distinguishing feature of linguistic materials; The purposes are the most prominent factors controlling the use of language and the production of discourse, so that the product is based here; To modesty at times, so the language acquires the characteristic of communication and reporting, as well as giving it the characteristic of comprehensiveness and coherence, or perhaps the situations prompt it by use, so it deviates from the original in violation of the norms of humility, and then circulation has a great income in keeping the language vibrant, so that the use extends it semantic expansion, So that its materials, words and phrases, remain in line with the movement of human thought in the manifestations of its creativity.
