معيقات أجرأة مشروع المؤسسة في المؤسسات التربوية من وجهة نظر مدراء المؤسسات التربوية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الكشف على المعيقات التي تقف في أجرأة مشروع المؤسسة في المؤسسات التربوية، باعتباره مقاربة حديثة في التسيير تبنتها الإصلاحات التربوية الأخيرة، يهدف مشروع المؤسسة إلى خلق إدارة مدرسية قادرة على بلورة الكفاءات والمهارات بغية التسيير الأمثل في الجوانب الإدارية والتربوية والبيداغوجية للمؤسسة، من خلال وجهة نظر مدراء المؤسسات التربوية، باعتبارهم المنفذين والقائمين لهذا المشروع، وتم اختيارهم كعينة للدراسة والاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وذلك لتناسبه مع طبيعة الدراسة واستخدام أداة الاستمارة والمقابلة لجمع البيانات. The institution project aims to establish a school leadership capable of developing, the skills and abilities for optimal management in the school’s administrative, educational, and pedagogical fields.Through of view of the directors of educational institutions, as the executors and administrators of the project, and they are chosen as a sample for the study and relying on the descriptive methodit fits with the nature of study, to use of the questionnaire, and the interview have bee designed to collect data.
