دور الرقابة في تنمية قطاع التأمين

الملخص
لقد عالجت هذه الدراسة دور الرقابة في تنمية قطاع التأمين، ذلك أن الرقابة على قطاع التأمين ليست عملية جامدة تنشأ بموجب أساس قانوني فهي عملية متغيرة باستمرار لتتلاءم وتغيرات السوق، حيث أن أهمية تواجد هذه الرقابة على قطاع التأمين ترجع لحماية المؤمن لهم وشركات التأمين إلى جانب تكريس نظام مالي سليم، كما تتدخل الدولة في هذا الجانب لتراقب أموال شركات التأمين وقواعد المنافسة بين هذه الشركات وكيفية توظيف احتياجاتها الفنية لتبقى بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة التي تشرف على هذا القطاع. وقد تم طرح إشكالية مفادها كيف ساهم نظام الرقابة في دعم وتنمية قطاع التأمين؟ من خلال تقسيم الموضوع إلى محورين حيث تم التطرق في المحور الأول إلى مفهوم الرقابة على قطاع التأمين، أما المحور الثاني تصنيفات الرقابة على قطاع التأمين. Abstract : This study addressed the role of oversight in developing the insurance sector, as oversight over the insurance sector is not a rigid process established under a legal basis. Rather, it is a constantly changing process to suit market changes. The importance of having this oversight over the insurance sector is due to the protection of the insured and insurance companies, in addition to devoting A sound financial system. The state also intervenes in this aspect to monitor the funds of insurance companies, the rules of competition between these companies, and how to employ their technical needs to remain directly or indirectly supervising this sector. A question was raised: How did the oversight system contribute to supporting and developing the insurance sector? By dividing the topic into two axes, the first axis addressed the concept of oversight of the insurance sector, while the second axis dealt with classifications of oversight of the insurance sector.
