دور مستشار التوجيه في قطاع التكوين المهني في تقديم الخدمات الارشادية للمهددين بالتسرب الدراسي.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى دور مستشار التوجيه في تقديم الخدمات الارشادية للمهددين بالتسرب المدرسي، وللتحقق من صحة الفروض استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الملائم لهذه الدراسة، واستبيان "دور مستشار التوجيه في تقديم الخدمات الارشادية"، المطبق على عينة قوامها (190) تلميذا مهددين بالتسرب المدرسي اختيروا بطريقة مقصودة وبعد الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية التالية: التكرارات، النسبة المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسبة التائية (ت)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود تباين في مستوى الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة من قبل مستشار التوجيه (منخفضة في بعد التنظيم والمتابعة ،ومرتفعة في بعد التوجيه) ، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الذكور و الإناث في تقييمهم لخدمات مستشار التوجيه ، وهو لصالح الذكور. The objective of this study is to investigate The role of the guidance counselor in the vocational training sector in providing Extension services to the threatene With the dropout , To verify the validity of the hypotheses, the researcher used the appropriate descriptive approach for this study, And the questionnaire "The Role of the Guidance Counselor in Providing Counseling Services", applied to a sample of (190) students who are threatened with school dropout, and they were chosen in a deliberate manner, After the use of the following statistical methods: frequencies, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-rate, the study found the following results: There is a discrepancy in the level of counseling services provided by the guidance counselor (low in the dimension of organization and follow-up, and high in the dimension of guidance), there is a statistically significant difference between males and females in their evaluation of guidance counselor services, which is in favor of males
