الملخص
عرفت اللغـــة العربية انتشارا عبر أنحاء العالم خلال الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة، فلا يمكن فهم العقل الإنساني إلا بربطه بالعقل التاريخي، اذ ينبغي الرجوع إلى ما شهدته اللغة من خدمات في هاته الفترة، فلم تكن منقطعة الصلة بأعمال السابقين، وإنمّا حسب ما تقتضيه الحالة الحــقيقية، وقد ظهـرت مؤسسات تعليمية وبرزت جوانب وظيفية لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في فرنسا وأمريكا كنموذجين للدراسة في الدول الغربية لتبلّغ عن أغراض ديبلوماسية وأغراض خاصة، فزاد الاهتمام بتعليمها حتى شهدت نماذج صارخة التعبير والدلالة. وما يهمنا في هذا المقام بالدرجة الأولى هو مدى تحقيق أغراض التعليم باللغة العربية في فرنسا وأمريكا وهل استفادتا من ذلك؟ يهدف هذا البحث لتبيين الأغراض العامة والخاصة من خلال دراسة غربية (فرنسا وأمريكا) في الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة، فتم التوصل إلى تعدد الأ غراض في معرفة الثقافات الأخرى، وأثبتت استراتيجية فرنسا وأمريكا. The Arabic language has spread throughout the world during the modern and contemporary period, so the human mind cannot be understood except by linking it to the historical mind, as it is necessary to refer to the services witnessed by the language during this period, as it was not severed from the work of the former, but rather according to what the real situation requires. Educational institutions emerged and functional aspects of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers emerged in France and America as models for study in Western countries to report diplomatic and special purposes, so interest in teaching them increased until they witnessed blatant expressions and indications. What concerns us in this place primarily is the extent to which the objectives of education in the Arabic language have been achieved in France and America, and have they benefited from that? Therefore, this research aims to clarify public and private purposes through a Western study (France and America) in the modern and contemporary period, so the multiplicity of purposes was reached in the knowledge of other cultures, and the strategy of France and America was proven.
