الملخص
يعالج المقال موضوعا بعنوان: المسائل التي خالف فيها الإمام محمد الطاهر بن عاشور جمهور الأشاعرة_ دراسة نماذج_، وقد تضمن ثلاثة مباحث وهي: المبحث الأول احتوى ترجمة موجزة للإمام ابن عاشور، اسمه ونسبه ونشأته وآثاره، أما المبحث الثاني فكان بعنوان مظاهر أشعرية الإمام ابن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير، فتناولت فيه بعض المسائل العقدية التي برزت فيها المرجعية الأشعرية للإمام ابن عاشور من خلال تصريحاته في تفسيره التحرير والتنوير، وتبيّن من خلالها موافقته للمذهب في الجملة وخالف في بعض المسائل، هذه الأخيرة كانت موضوع المبحث الثالث والأخير، حيث عالج البحث مسألة تعليل أفعال الله تعالى، والتي تبيّن فيها مخالفة الإمام للأشاعرة وترجّح عنده أن المسألة اقتضاها طرد الأصول في المناظرة مع المعتزلة، واعتبر أن الخلاف فيها يشبه أن يكون لفظيا، فإن جميع المسلمين اتفقوا على أن أفعال الله تعالى ناشئة عن إرادة واختيار، وعلى وفق علمه، وأن جميعها مشتمل على حكم ومصالح، ومسألة التكليف بما لا يطاق، والذي منع وقوعه في الشرائع كلها، وما ورد منه فهو من قبيل العقوبات، ومسألة معرفة الله عز وجل، وهي عنده من قبيل المعارف التي تحصل في النفس اضطرارا، أو بالفطرة. The article deals with a topic entitled : Issues in which Imam Muhammad Al-Tahir bin Ashour disagreed with the Ash’ari public –a study of models– and included three sections: The first section contained a brief translation of Imam Ibn Ashour, his name, lineage, upbringing and effects, while the second topic was titled Manifestations of Ash’ari Imam Ibn Ashour from During his interpretation of Liberation and Enlightenment, it dealt with some doctrinal issues in which the Ash’ari reference of Imam Ibn Ashour emerged through his statements in his interpretation of Liberation and Enlightenment, and through which he showed his agreement with the doctrine in the sentence and disagreed in some issues, the latter was the subject of the third and final topic, where the research dealt with the issue of Explanation of the actions of God Almighty, and in which the Imam’s disagreement with the Ash’aris was clear, and it was most likely for him that the issue necessitated the expultion of the fundamentals in the debate with the Mu’tazila, and he considered that the dispute in it is similar to being verbal, because all muslims agreed the the actions of God Almighty arise from the will and choice, and according to His knowledge, and that all of them include judgment intersts, and the issue of unbearable assignment, which is prevented from occuring in all the laws, and what is reported from it is in terms of penalties, and the issue of knowing God Almighty, and it is for him such as the knowledge that occurs in the soul by compulsion, or by instinct.
