الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقدير الذات وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح لدى لاعبي أندية كرة اليد بالبيض، حيث استخدمت الطالبة الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وشملت عينة الدراسة (40) لاعبا من نادي مولودية البيض ونادي وداد البيض، حيث طبقت الطالبة الباحثة مقياسي (تقدير الذات – مستوى الطموح).وتوصلت انتائج لدراسة إلى أن مستوى الذات البدنية ومستوىالطموح كانا عاليين مايفسر وجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بينهما.وأوصت الطالبة الباحثة بضرورة الإهتمام بالجانب النفسي للاعبين لتحصيل رياضي أكثر فاعلية خاصة في الرياضات الجماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية:(تقدير الذات- مستوى الطموح-كرة اليد). ABSTRACT: The study aimed to identify seLf-esteem and its relationship to the leveL of ambition ameng the pLayers of hand ball clubs in elbayadh. Where the student researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method .the study sample included ….players from some clubs in the state of el bayadh.(white Mouloudia Club.wydad Al Bayadh Club).where the researcher applied the self-esteem scale and the level of ambition scale.The study found that the level of self-esteem and the level of ambition were high.There is correlation between self—esteem and the level of ambition among blayers of handball clubs in the state of El BayadhThe researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the psychological aspect of the players for more effective athletic achievement.
