الملخص

تم التطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى واقع تمكين المرأة الجزائرية من خلال الوقوف على التحولات والتغيرات التي مر بها المجتمع الجزائري فيما يتعلق بالتحولات على مستوى الأسرة والمرأة على وجه الخصوص مع تبيان تغيرات دورها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي والسياسي في ظل تحديات الألفية الثالثة ومن خلال التعرف على واقع حيثيات هذه الأساسيات تم التوصل إلى أن تمكين المرأة مرتبط بتطور المجتمع في أبنيته ومفاهيمه ووعي أفراده بالتغيرات الحتمية التي يفرضها الواقع المجتمعي الحديث هذا من جهة أخرى فإن تمكينها يرتبط كل الارتباط بالقوة الشخصية التي تمتلكها والاستعداد الجيد والرغبة والثقة العالية، إذا فكل هذه العناصر تجعلها قادرة على صنع التحدي والمواجهة لتحقيق الاهداف المرجوة وهذا ما يؤهلها للتمكين على المستوى الأسري، ثم على المستوى المجتمعي والدولي على السواء. This paper examines on the reality of the empowerment of Algerian women by identifying the transformations and changes experienced by Algerian society with regard to changes at the level of the family and women in particular, and showing the changes in their social, economic, cultural and political roles in light of the challenges of the third millennium. It was found that the empowerment of women is linked to the development of society in its structure and concepts and its awareness of the inevitable changes imposed by this modern societal reality on the one hand. On the other hand, empowerment is linked to all the power of women and their personal strength, good preparation, desire and confidence. So all these elements make them able to make the challenge and confrontation to achieve the desired goals and this is what qualifies her for empowerment at the family level, and then at the community level and international alike.
