دور أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في تفعيل الأنشطة الاقتصادية الطاقوية في التشريع الجزائر

الملخص
تشغل النشاطات الاقتصادية الطاقوية حيزا هاما ضمن السياسة العامة الوطنية والخطط والبرامج المستقبلية للتحكم في الطاقة ، وقد تزامن ذلك مع التوجه العالمي نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي واستخدام تطبيقات تكنولوجية ذكية بتقنيات عالية الجودة من شأنها المساهمة في تنمية النشاطات الاقتصادية لاسيما في مجال الطاقة والمحافظة على الموارد البيئة وتثمينها وتحسين وضعية المناخ ، خاصة وأنها تعمل على تحليل البيانات الضخمة والمعطيات المتعلقة بنشاطات المصب والمنبع وغيرها كالتنقيب والاكتشاف والإنتاج والاستغلال النقل والتكرير والتحويل ومعالجتها والتنبؤ بنتائجها المستقبلية لاتخاذ القرار الأمثل الذي يحقق فعالية ترشيد استغلال الموارد الطاقوية. Abstract: Energy economic activities occupy an important place within the National Public Policy and future control plans and programs in the context of the energy transition and the orientation towards investment in the field of renewable energies in order to ensure security. This coincided with the global trend towards the knowledge economy and the use of smart technological applications with high-quality technologies that will contribute to the development of economic activities, especially in the field of energy, conservation and valuation of environmental resources and improving the climate situation. so that these systems work on analyzing big data and data related to downstream and upstream activities and others, such as exploration, discovery, production and exploitation, transportation, refining, conversion, processing and forecasting their future results to make the optimal decision that achieves the effectiveness of rationalizing the exploitation of energy resources
