البحث العلمي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في سلطنة عمان على ضوء رؤية عمان2040

الملخص

لا شك ان البحث العلمي يلعب دوراً هاماً في مختلف النواحي الحياتية فهو بمثابة الأداة الفعالة لتحقيق التقدم والتطور في مختلف النواحي الثقافية والاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية، لذلك فان الاهتمام بدعم البحث العلمي يترك أثره الايجابي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة ، لذلك حرصت السلطنة على الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي وأولت له أهمية خاصة من خلال الجهات المتخصصة كما أصبحت الجامعات من أهم الجهات الداعمة والمحفزة للعمل على إعداد البحوث القيمة التي تخدم الوطن وتساعد على تحقيق وتطوير التنمية المستدامة، وقد أكدت السلطنة اهتمامها بالبحث العلمي من خلال خطة تنموية شاملة أولت فيها البحث العلمي أهمية بالغة وهي رؤية عمان 2040. وتظهر أهمية البحث في إبراز أهمية البحث العلمي في العمل على تطوير التنمية المستدامة بل وتحقيقها بصورة صحيحة وفعلية تتناسب مع تطورات العصر. كما تهدف إلى إظهار موقف السلطنة من الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي لتشجيع الابتكارات والأبحاث العلمية التي تسعى إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال رؤية عمان2040 ومن خلال تلك الدراسة نستخلص عدد من النتائج : يلعب البحث العلمي دوراً هاماً في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة يوضح البحث أهم الآثار الايجابية التي يساهم بها البحث العلمي لتطوير مفهوم التنمية المستدامة ألقى البحث الضوء على الخطوات التي قامت بها السلطنة من أجل تشجيع البحث العلمي رؤية عمان 2040 خير دليل على اهتمام السلطنة بالبحث العلمي إيمانا منها بأن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لن يتحقق بشكل فعلي إلا بدعم البحث العلمي والابتكار. No doubt, scientific research plays an important role in various aspects of life. It serves as an effective tool for achieving progress and development in various cultural, social, political and economic aspects. and therefore the interest in supporting scientific research has a positive impact on sustainable development, Therefore, the Sultanate is keen to pay attention to scientific research and attaches particular importance to it through specialized agencies. Universities have become one of the most important supporting and motivating bodies to work on the development of valuable research that serves the country and helps to achieve and develop sustainable development. The Sultanate reaffirmed its interest in scientific research through a comprehensive development plan in which scientific research was given great importance, namely, the Oman Vision 2040. The importance of research is demonstrated in highlighting the importance of scientific research in promoting the development and realization of sustainable development in a proper and effective manner commensurate with today's developments. It also aims to demonstrate the Sultanate's position on the interest in scientific research to encourage scientific innovations and research that seek to achieve sustainable development through the Vision 2040 Through this study we draw a number of results: Scientific research plays an important role in achieving sustainable development The research illustrates the most important positive effects that scientific research contributes to the development of the concept of sustainable development The research highlighted the steps taken by the Sultanate to promote scientific research The Oman Vision 2040 is a testament to the Sultanate's interest in scientific research in the belief that sustainable development can be realized only by supporting scientific research and innovation.
