الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تبيان التدابير الواردة في الاتفاقيات الدولية من أجل حماية ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر، والاهتمام بهم، وذلك من خلال عرض ما اشتملت عليه هذه الاتفاقيات من قواعد وإجراءات تكرس هذه الحماية، حيث تتمثل هذه الحماية في حماية مباشرة، وأخرى غير مباشرة، والتي اهتم المجتمع الدولي من خلالها بحالة ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر والظروف المحيطة بهم، كما تطرقنا إلى مفهوم جريمة الاتجار بالبشر وكل ما يتعلق بها من خصائص وأنماط، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي، وخلصناه في نهاية هذه المداخلة إلى أنه لا يمكن إنكار دور الاتفاقيات الدولية في حماية ضحايا الاتجار بالبشر، إلا أنه ومع التزايد المطرد لهذه الظاهرة واستمراريتها على المجتمع الدولي أن يكون أكثر إرادة من أجل تكريس حماية شاملة وفعالة لضحايا الاتجار بالبشر، خاصة مع صعوبة جبر أضرارهم، واستحالتها في بعض الأحيان. الكلمات المفتاحية: جريمة، الاتجار بالبشر، ضحايا، حماية، اتفاقيات دولية. Abstract: This intervention aims to clarify the measures contained in international conventions to protect and care for victims of human trafficking, by presenting the rules and procedures included in these conventions that establish this protection, as this protection consists of direct and indirect protection, which concern The international community through it the situation of victims of human trafficking and the circumstances surrounding them. We also touched on the concept of the crime of human trafficking and all its characteristics and patterns, relying on the descriptive approach, and we concluded at the end of this intervention that the role of international conventions in protecting victims of the crime cannot be denied. Human trafficking, however, with the steady increase of this phenomenon and its continuity, the international community must be more willing to devote comprehensive and effective protection to victims of human trafficking, especially with the difficulty and sometimes impossibility of redressing their damages.
