الملخص
الملخص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية أول هيئة قضائية جنائية دولية تحظى بولاية عالمية للنظر في الجرائم الأشد خطورة (جرائم الحرب، العدوان، الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الإنسانية) والتي حظي الضحايا بحماية خاصة ومركز قانوني مستقل بموجب نظامها الأساسي، بما كفلته من حقوق وضمانات معتبرة. وبوصف جرائم الاتجار بالبشر كجرائم ضد الإنسانية، يعقد الاختصاص للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية للنظر فيها ومن ثم يحظى المجني عليهم بذات الحماية المكفولة لضحايا الجرائم التي تدخل في اختصاصها، وأهمها: التمثيل القانوني، إمكانية رفع الدعوى أمامها، التعويض وجبر الضرر، الحق في التأهيل وكذا عدم الاعتداد بالصفة الرسمية للمتهم، وهو ما يعد نقطة تحول عظمى في تاريخ العدالة الجنائية الدولية. Résumé: La Cour pénale internationale et le premier tribunal pénal international qui jouit d'un mandat international de plaider les crimes les plus graves (crimes de guerre, Agression, génocide et crimes contre l'humanité), et qu'il a donné aux victimes une protection spéciale et un statut juridique indépendant en vertu de son statut qui garantie les droits et assurances. Étant donné que les crimes de traite des êtres-humains est classé des crimes contre l'humanité, la cour pénale internationale jouit de la compétence de plaider et examiner ces crimes, et de garantir aux victimes les mêmes protections accordée aux victimes de crimes relevant de sa compétence comme: la représentation juridique, la possibilité de déposer le procès devant elle, l'indemnisation et la réparation et le droit de la réadaptation, de ce fait il se considère comme le point tournant de l'histoire de la justice pénale internationale. Abstract: The International Criminal Court (ICC) is the first international criminal judicial body with universal jurisdiction to deal with the most serious crimes (war crimes, aggression, genocide and crimes against humanity), which enjoy special protection and independent legal status under its Statute. As crimes of human trafficking as crimes against humanity, the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court is reserved for consideration, and victims thus enjoy the same protection as victims of crimes within their jurisdiction. The most important of these are: legal representation, the possibility of prosecution, compensation and redress, In the official capacity of the accused, which is a turning point in the history of international criminal justice.
