البنية العاملية لمقياس الأداء المستدام لمنظمات الأعمال لجون ألغينتون -دراسة وصفية باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مقياس الأداء المستدام لمنظمات الأعمال لجون ألغينتون في البيئة الجزائرية، طبق المقياس على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة بريد الجزائر، والبالغ عددها 200 موظف، اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا عدة أدوات، استمارة الاستبيان، برنامج AMOS24، وبرنامج Excel، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن بنية مفهوم الأداء المستدام وفقا لمقياس جون ألغنتون يحوي فعلا على ثلاث أبعاد، بعد الأداء الاقتصادي، بعد الأداء الاجتماعي، بعد الأداء البيئي، ويتوفر على مطابقة جيدة مع بيانات عينة الدراسة في البيئة الجزائرية، وعلى مستوى مناسب من الصدق والثبات. الكلمات المفتاحية: أداء مستدام؛ بنية عاملية؛ تحليل عاملي توكيدي؛ جون ألغنتون؛ مؤسسة بريد الجزائر. Abstract : This study aims to test the sustainable performance scale for business organizations by John Elkington in the Algerian environment,This scale is one of the modern approaches for measuring sustainable performance, which is considered a part of the broader concept of sustainable development, the scale was applied to a sample of 200 employees of the Algeria Post, we used a descriptive methodology and several tools, the questionnaire from, the AMOS24 program, and the Excel program, the study results showed that the concept structure of sustainable performance according to the John Elkington scale actually contains three dimensions, economic performance, social performance, and environmental performance, it has a good agreement with the data of the study sample in the Algerian environment, and an appropriate level of validity and reliability Keywords: Sustainable performance; Factor structure; Confirmatory factor analysis; John Elkington; Algeria post Institution.
