الملخص
الملخص: خلق الله تعالى هذا الكون وفق سنن عظيمة منتظمة لا تتخلف، ولا تتبدل, ولا تحابي، وإن فقه هذه السنن يعين المسلم الذي ينشد الحقيقة للوصول إلى أهدافه في هذه الحياة, فالسنن التي تحكم الكون والحياة قدر من قدر الله تعالى، والتعرف عليها والانضباط بها هو حقيقة التكليف، كما أن فقهها والعمل بمقتضاها يحقق النصر والتفوق على مستوى الأفراد، والمجتمعات، وإن غياب فقه هذه السنن هو الذي يؤول بالأمة إلى الفوضى, والاضطراب والتراجع، والانحسار الحضاري, وقد اشتمل القرآن الكريم على منظومة سننية فاعلة للبناء الحضاري المنشود لمن فهمها ،وطبق مضامينها بشكل صحيح، ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتورد أهم السنن الحضارية الواردة في القرآن الكريم التي نرى أنها تؤصل لفقه الحضارة الإسلامية. كلمات مفتاحية: السنن؛ الإلهية؛ التأصيل؛ فقه؛ الحضارة؛ الإسلامية. Abstract: The Lord made this heaven in a great rules regular are not far behind, and will not replace, and not favour, the understanding of this godly rules will help Muslim to who seek the truth; to reach his goals in this life, Rules that govern the universe and the life wisdom of the Lord, and to recognise, and observance is the truth of the Mandate, Also the understanding, and work out achieve victory, and excellence individual, and societies, That lack and jurisprudence of this rules that tends any nation into chaos, and disorder, and retreat civilized, The Quran has included rules system actor to build civilization desired for person who understand, and implemented his content properly, Hence this study importance to recall the civilized rules contained in the Quran which we feel basis for jurisprudence Islamic civilization.
