الملخص
ملخص: تناول هذا المقال مفهوم الاتصال العمومي وعلاقته بتطبيق منهج التنمية المستدامة ، من خلال توضيح هذين المفهومين وتوضيح أليات التطبيق والممارسة، من خلال بناء استراتيجية اتصالية عمومية على المستوى الداخلي للمؤسسة وعلى المستوى الخارجي في إطار خدمة المصلحة العامة وتخفيض تأثيرات المؤسسات على المجتمع والبيئة والصحة العامة ، وتعزيز نشاط التوعية بتعزيز الاتصال الاجتماعي بترقية الصحة الأمن والسلامة المهنية للعاملين، وتفعيل الاتصال العمومي تجاه "الجماهير الخارجية "، بتوضيح سياساتها فيما يتعلق بتطبيق التنمية المستدامة والحفاظ على المصلحة العامة للمجتمع من منطلق الشفافية وتحسين صورة المؤسسة في إطار ممارسات اتصالية عمومية مستدامة تحافظ على حقوق الأجيال الحالية والأجيال القادمة ، نوع الدراسة هي دراسة وصفية اعتمدنا فيها على تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج هامة تتعلق بدور الاتصال العمومي في تفعيل ممارسات التنمية المستدامة في المؤسسة وحماية المصلحة العامة للمجتمع الكلمات المفتاح : الاتصال العمومي ؛ الاتصال البيئي ؛ الاتصال المستدام، التنمية المستدامة Abstract: This article deals with the concept of public communication and its relationship to the application of the sustainable development approach, by clarifying these two concepts and clarifying the mechanisms of application and practice, by building a public communication strategy at the internal level of the institution and at the external level within the framework of serving the public interest and reducing the impacts of institutions on society, the environment and public health, and promoting Awareness activity by promoting social communication by promoting health, security and occupational safety for workers, activating public communication towards "external audiences", by clarifying its policies with regard to implementing sustainable development and preserving the public interest of society in terms of transparency and improving the image of the institution within the framework of sustainable public communication practices that preserve the rights of current generations And future generations, the type of study is a descriptive study in which we relied on the application of the analytical descriptive approach, and the study reached important results related to the role of public communication in activating sustainable development practices in the institution and protecting the public interest of society Keywords: public communication;, sustainable communication, sustainable development; words
