تمثلات الإطارات الصناعية لأدوارها في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية

الملخص
الملخص: تسعى الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإطارات الصناعية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية العمومية الجزائرية، نظرا لما تشكله هذه الفئة المهنية من حيث وضعيتها كمورد حقيقي يسهم في تحديث المجتمعات، لما تملكه من مؤهلات وخبرات تقنية وفنية، حيث أصبحت طاقة فعلية نظرا لما تحتله على مستوى المجتمع والمؤسسة على حد سواء وتعد هذه الفئة محور اشتغال الكثير من الباحثين السوسيولوجيين، لأنها أصبحت كيان قائم بذاته لما تحتله من أدوار ومواقف داخل بنية المؤسسة كذا من حيث موقعها كسلطة ولتسيير المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية. ولقد أقحمت المؤسسة الجزائرية عبر مراحل تسييرها هذه الإطارات كفئة لإرساء أسس التحديث وتبني سياسة تسيير جديدة لأجل التغيير وتحقيق معادلة التنمية، لكن هذه التغيرات لم تكن في مستوى الانفتاح الذي عرفه الإطار على مستوى الدولة الصناعية، ومن ثم بدأت تطفو إلى السطح الكثير من الصعوبات على مستوى موقع ودور وتمثلات هذه الفئة، نتيجة التناقضات التي ظهرت على مستوى المؤسسة من حيث تكيف هذه الفئة مع إستراتيجية التسيير الذي تبنته المؤسسة الاقتصادية العمومية اتجاه هذه الفئة السوسيومهنية. Abstract : -The study seeks to reveal the role of industrial tires in the Algerian public economic institution, given what this professional category constitutes in terms of its status as a real resource that contributes to the modernization of societies, due to its technical and technical qualifications and experiences, as it has become an actual energy due to what it occupies at the level of society and the institution on Both, and this category is the focus of many sociological researchers, because it has become a self-contained entity because of the roles and positions it occupies within the structure of the institution, as well as in terms of its position as an authority and for the management of the Algerian economic institution. -The Algerian institution, through the stages of its management, involved these frameworks as a category to lay the foundations for modernization and adopt a new management policy for change and achieve the development equation, but these changes were not at the level of openness that the framework knew at the level of the industrial state, and then many difficulties began to surface at the level The location, role and representations of this category, as a result of the contradictions that appeared at the level of the institution in terms of adapting this category to the management strategy adopted by the public economic institution towards this socio-professional category.
