الملخص
أصبح موضوع الإطارات من المواضيع التي تطرح بكثرة خاصة في المجتمعات الحديثة، والإطار باعتباره عنصرا بشريا، فهو يمثل القوة المحركة لكل المشاريع الاقتصادية والدافع لعجلة التنمية، وبالتالي احتلاله الصدراة داخل المؤسسة. غير أنّ هذه الفئة من الإطارات تعرضت لعدّة صعوبات قلّصت من فرصة نجاحها ودورها داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولعل أهم هذه العوامل : تقهقر مكانة الإطارات بتهميشها خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث أصبحوا مجرد منفذين لقرارات وتوجيهات تأتي من جهات عليا دون مشاركتهم فيها ولكي يتسنى لنا الاستفادة أكثر والتعرف على هته الفئة وتمثلاتها عن قرب، ارتأينا إجراء هذه الدراسة للتعرف عليها Le sujet des cadres est devenu l’un des, sujets qui se posent particulièrement souvent dans les sociétés modernes, et le cadre comme un élément humain, il représente la force motrice pour tous les projets économiques et la motivation pour le développement, et donc l'occupation importante au sein de l'institution , cette catégorie des cadres a subi plusieurs difficultés ont réduit les chances de succès et de son rôle au sein de l'institution économique, sont devenus de simples exécuteurs des décisions . The subject of executives has become one of the subjects which arises particularly frequently in modern societies, and the framework as a human element, it represents the driving force for all economic projects and motivation for development, Important occupation within the institution, this category of cadres has suffered several difficulties have reduced the chances of success and its role within the economic institution, have become mere executors of decisions
