أثر تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي في استثمار واستغلال المقدرات الجوهرية دراسة حالة شركة لافارج أسمنت المسيلة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي بأبعاده في استثمار واستغلال المقدرات الجوهرية في شركة لافارج اسمنت المسيلة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، وزعت على عينة عشوائية والبالغ عددها (100) موظفا، وبغرض التحليل الوصفي للبيانات تم استخدام برنامج (SPSS)، ولاختبار الفرضيات أعتمد على النمذجة الهيكلية باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS4 . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) لتحديد التوجه الاستراتيجي بأبعاده مجتمعة في استغلال واستثمار المقدرات الجوهرية، وأن أبعاد التوجه الاستراتيجي تفسر ما مقداره (62.30 %) من المتغير التابع المتمثل في استغلال واستثمار المقدرات الجوهرية، وبناء على ما سبق قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات. كلمات مفتاحية: التوجه الاستراتيجي، المقدرات الجوهرية، شركة لافارج اسمنت المسيلة JEL تصنيف : O30, D24, O32 Abstract: This study aimed to identify the impact of defining the strategic direction and its dimensions in investing and exploiting the core capabilities of Lafarge Cement M'sila, To achieve this, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, distributed to a random sample of (100) employees, and for the purpose of descriptive analysis of the data, the program (SPSS) was used. And to test the hypotheses, the structural modeling was relied on using (SmartPLS4) software. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05≥α) to determine the strategic orientation with its dimensions combined in the exploitation and investment of intrinsic capabilities, and that the dimensions of the strategic orientation explain the amount of (62.30%) of the dependent variable represented in the exploitation and investment of intrinsic capabilities, and based on The foregoing researcher presented a set of recommendations. Résumé : Cette étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'orientation stratégique et de ses dimensions dans l'investissement et l'exploitation des principales capacités de Lafarge Ciment M'sila, Pour y parvenir, un questionnaire a été élaboré pour collecter des données, distribuées à un échantillon aléatoire de (100) employés, et aux fins de l'analyse descriptive des données, le programme (SPSS) a été utilisé. Et pour tester les hypothèses, la modélisation structurelle s'est appuyée sur l'utilisation du logiciel (SmartPLS4). L'étude a conclu qu'il existe un effet statistiquement significatif au niveau de signification (0,05≥α) pour déterminer l'orientation stratégique avec ses dimensions combinées dans l'exploitation et l'investissement des capacités intrinsèques, et que les dimensions de l'orientation stratégique expliquent la quantité de (62,30%) de la variable dépendante représentée dans l'exploitation et l'investissement des capacités intrinsèques, et basée sur Le chercheur précédent a présenté un ensemble de recommandations.
