الحتمية E –learning في العصر الرقمي لمواجهة التحديات الطارئة The E-learning Imperative In The Digital Age To Meet Emergency Challenges

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة الدراسية الى معرفة ما شكله التعليم الالكتروني من حتمية بسبب الظروف الطارئة التي مست العالم "كوفيد19"وما فرضته من تباعد وهذا ماإضطر القائمين على التعليم أن يبرمجوا E-LEARNING بإعتباره موازي للتعليم العادي و كونه ليس عرف تقليدي و انما حتمية تكنولوجية جرتنا الى حتمية التعليم عن بعد ،لمسايرة الحياة السريعة التي فرضتها التقنية و التحديات التي واجهة هذا النوع من التعليم و كيف سيكون مصيره بعد مرور الجائحة، و عادة ما يشير مفهوم " التعليم عن بعد " الى ما يقدمه الاستاذ للطالب و يكونان بعيدين و يسمح لهما بالقيام بالعملية التعليمية و التعلمية في اي وقت و اي مكان وبإمكانيات تقنية و وجوب توفر الانترنت. This study paper aims to know the inevitability of e-learning due to the emergency conditions "Covid-19" and the distancing it imposed. This compelled educators to program E-LEARNING as a parallel to normal education, which is not a traditional custom but a technological imperative that led us to the imperative of distance education, to keep pace with the fast life imposed by technology .The challenges faced by this type and how it will fate after the passing of the pandemic, the concept of "distance education" refers to what the professor offers to the student and allows them to carry out the educational and learning process at anytime and anywhere and with technical possibilities and the need for the Internet.
