دور التخطــيط الاســتراتيجي فــي إنجاح عملية تطـوير تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجزائر.

الملخص
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التخطــيط الاســتراتيجي ومدى مساهمته فــي إنجاح عملية تطوير تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعلى عینة الحصر الشامل قوامها (25)فردا، مستخدما الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بالمدرسة الوطنية للرياضات الأولمبية لولاية سطيف، ومن أهم التوصيات: الاهتمام بالتطور التكنولوجي واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، وإعداد برامج تدريبية وتطويرية للأفراد العاملين في المؤسسة، ضرورة وضع أهداف استراتيجية واضحة متوائمة مع استراتيجيات المؤسسة، وعلى المؤسسات الاهتمام بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتدعيم أبعاده بوصفها نقاط القوة وهي: التفكير الاستراتيجي، تصميم خطة استراتيجية، التحليل الاستراتيجي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التخطــيط الإاستراتيجي ؛ الإدارة الإلكترونية ؛ المؤسسات الرياضية. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the role of strategic planning and the extent of its contribution to the success of the process of developing electronic management applications in sports institutions in Algeria, and to achieve this we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and on the sample of a comprehensive inventory of (25) individuals, using the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study community consisted of employees of the National School of Olympic Sports of the state of Setif, and the most important recommendations are: Attention to technological development and the use of modern technologies, and the preparation of training and development programs for individuals working in the institution, the need to set goals A clear strategy is compatible with the strategies of the institution, and institutions should pay attention to strategic planning and strengthen its dimensions as strengths: strategic thinking, strategic plan design, strategic analysis.
