دور الاستراتيجيات التنظيمية في تطوير تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز دور استراتيجيات التنظيمية المتبعة في تطوير تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية بالجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستخدما الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وعلى عينة الحصر الشامل والتي بلغت (36) إداري من (المدرسة الوطنية للرياضات الأولمبية ) لولاية سطيف. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: توجد درجة مرتفعة لإعتماد الاستراتيجية تغيير الجوانب الهيكلية والتنظيمية، وتوجد درجة متوسطة لإعتماد الاستراتيجية الإجراءات والأساليب التنظيمية المتبعة، وكذلك تساهم الاستراتيجيات التنظيمية المتبعة في تطوير تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجزائر الكلمات المفتاحية: استراتيجيات التنظيمية، الإدارة الإلكترونية، المؤسسات الرياضية Abstract: Our study aims to highlight the role of organizational strategies followed in the development of electronic management applications in sports institutions in Algeria, and to achieve this we relied on the descriptive analytical approach using the questionnaire as a tool for the study and on the sample of comprehensive heat, which amounted to 36 administrators from the (National School of Olympic Sports) of the wilaya of Setif. Among the most important results reached: there is a high degree of adoption of the strategy, changing the structural and organizational aspects, and there is an average degree of adoption of the strategy, the organizational procedures and methods followed, as well as the organizational strategies used contribute to the development of electronic management applications in sports institutions in Algeria.
