العنف والارهاب الدولي:المخاطر وسبل المواجهة

الملخص
يعد العنف من الظواهر التي تفشت في حياتنا الأسرية والاجتماعية بشكل متسارع حتى أصبح سمة لنمط الحياة المعاصرة،ويمثل الارهاب أحد صور أعمال العنف فهو يعد من أخطر الظواهر الإجرامية نظراً لازدياد عـدد العمليـات الإرهابيـة ،وهذا ما جعل الــدول والمنظمــات تدعو إلــى إبــرام اتفاقيــــــات،ووضع استراتيجيات وتكثيــــــف الجهــــــود الدوليــــــة لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة التي تهدد بتفتيت كل الأبنية الاجتماعية،ومن أجل فهم تلك التعقيدات المصاحبة للعنف والإرهاب الدولي، فإننا نسعى الى دراسة مختلف الأبعاد المسببة لهاته الظاهرة الخطيرة التي باتت تهدد مجتمعاتنا حتى نصل إلى معرفة أثارها وأهم الاستراتيجيات لمحاربتها . : Abstract Violence is one of the phenomena that has spread rapidly in our family and social life, until it has become a feature of the contemporary lifestyle. Terrorism is one of the forms of acts of violence as it is one of the most dangerous criminal phenomena.and this is what made countries call for the conclusion of agreements. And put strategies and intensify international efforts to fight this phenomenon, that threatens to break up all social structures, and in order to understand those complexities accompanying the phenomena of international terrorism and violence , We seek to study the various dimensions that cause this dangerous phenomenon, which is now threatening our societies, in order to know its effects and the most important strategies to combat it.
