أهمية معهود العرب في تلقي خطاب الوحي

ملخص ملخص: يعد معهود العرب من أهم أدوات فهم نصوص الوحي بلسانها وعلى ما تعرف من معانيها ونعني بمعهود العرب ذلك القدر المشترك الذي تقتسمه الجماعة التي حضرت نزول الوحي ولهذا حدد الشارع الحكيم كثير من رسوم العبادات وفق معهود الأميين من العرب كتحديد مواقيت الصلاة بطلوع الشمس وزوالها وغروبها وربط عبادة الصيام بطلوع هلال رمضان ونسك الحج بأشهر محددة وعاهم للإيمان بالله عزوجل من خلال النظر الى مخلوقاته كالجبال كيف نصبت والى السماء كيف رفعت والى الأرض كيف سطحت وأخبرهم عن نعيم الجنة بما يعرفونه من مشروبات كالخمر والعسل واللبن ،ومن الفواكه كالتين والزيتون والرمان والعنب وغيرها من أنواع ا لفواكه ،والطعام مما يعرفه العربي الأمي منهم ،ورغم أهمية معهود العرب في فهم نصوص الوحي قرآنا وسنة إلا أنه تجاذبه مساجلات معرفية بين من يدعو إلى ضرورة إعمال معهود العرب كأداة في فهم نصوص الوحي ،وبين من يعتمد على المناهج الحداثية في تفسير نصوص الوحي كالإفراط التأويل والخروج عن معنى النص ،ومن خلال هذين المسارين تتجلى إشكالية هذه الدراسة . ما مفهوم معهود العرب وما مدى الاعتداد به في تلقي خطاب الوحي ؟ ما مدى سلامة المناهج الحداثية في تفسير نصوص الوحي ؟ وقد سلكنا في هذه الورقة المنهج الاستقرائي لنصوص القرآن الكريم ،ولنصوص أهل العلم ،ومناهج أهل الحداثة في تعاملهم مع نصوص الوحي . الكلمات المفتاحية: معهود العرب – تأويل -تفسير -معهود لغوي -معهود اجتماعي Abstract : The Arab tradition is one of the most important tools for understanding the texts of revelation in their language and on what you know of their meanings, and by the Arab convention we mean that much The joint shared by the congregation that attended the revelation For this reason, the wise Lawgiver determined many rituals of worship according to the custom of the illiterate Arabs, such as determining prayer times with the rising, setting, and setting of the sun, linking the worship of fasting with the rising of the crescent of Ramadan, and performing the pilgrimage to specific months, and taught them to believe in God Almighty by looking at His creatures, such as the mountains, how they were erected, the sky, how it was raised, and the earth, how it was flattened. And tell them about the bliss of Paradise with what they know of drinks such as wine, honey and milk, and of fruits such as figs, olives, pomegranates, grapes and other types of fruits, and food of what the illiterate Arab knows from them. What is the concept of the familiarity of the Arabs and how reliable it is in receiving the letter of revelation? How safe are the modernist approaches in interpreting the texts of revelation? In this paper, we followed the inductive approach to the texts of the Holy Qur’an, to the texts of the scholars, and the approaches of the people of modernity in their dealings with the texts of revelation.
