الملخص
ملخص: إن الاهتمام بظاهرة الفئة المسنين و الاهتمام بالمشكلات الاجتماعية و النفسية و الصحية التي يعاني منها أصبحت اهتمام الدراسات الاجتماعية،و كان اختيارنا لهذه الدراسة لهدف معرفة واقع المسن بين الأمراض المزمنة التي يعيش فيها ،و بين المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها فكانت منهجية الدراسة نظرية ميدانية بالتطرق أولا إلى أدبيات النظرية حول ماهية المسن و انتقلنا إلى الجانب الميداني باعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي لجمع المعطيات حول الظاهرة و تفسيرها مقارنة مع الجانب النظري، و اعتمدنا في ذلك على تقنية المقابلة مع المسنين الذي يعاني من الأمراض المزمنة لمعرفة تفسير المشكلة المطروحة المتعلقة بالدراسة و النوع العينة المستخدمة هي العينة القصدية وفق لمعايير معينة، و توصلنا في الأخير أن المسن ذوي الأمراض المزمنة يعيش نمط اجتماعي معين مختلف في التفكير والسلوك من حيث واقعه الصحي و كيفية مسايرة حياته الاجتماعية، و عائلته تعتبر السند الوحيد في مشكلاته الصحية التي يعاني منها و إحساس المسن بالحزن و الكآبة و نظرة إلى الحياة عادية دون أن تكون له أمال مستقبلية في مستقبل مجهول و هذا سببه هو التقدم في العمر و سوء حالته الصحية. Abstract: The concern for the phenomenon of the elderly group and the concern for the social, psychological and health problems that he suffers from has become the concern of social studies, and our choice of this study was aimed at knowing the reality of the elderly person between the chronic diseases in which he lives and among the social problems he suffers from, so the methodology of the study was a field theory by addressing Firstly to the theoretical literature about what the elderly are, and we moved to the field side by relying on the descriptive approach to collect data about the phenomenon and its interpretation in comparison with the theoretical side, and we relied in this on the technique of interviewing the elderly who suffer from chronic diseases to know the explanation of the problem at hand related to the study and the type of sample The used is the intentional sample according to certain criteria, and in the end we concluded that the elderly with chronic diseases lives a certain social pattern that differs in thinking and behavior in terms of his health reality and how to keep up with his social life, and his family is the only support in his health problems that he suffers from and the elderly's sense of sadness Depression and outlook on life are normal without having future hopes for an unknown future, and this is caused by advancing age and worse.
