دور حصة التربية التطبيقية في تحصيل الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر التلاميذ

الملخص
مخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور ومساهمة حصة التربية التطبيقية في تحصيل الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر التلاميذ في المرحلة الثانوية، حيث قام الباحثون بإجراء دراسة وصفية ،كما استخدم الباحثون أداة الاستبيان على عينة شملت (116) تلميذ وتلميذة من مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بالمؤسسات التربوية ببلدية تاجموت ولاية الاغواط وخلص الباحثان بأن حصة التربية التطبيقية لها دور فعال في تحصيل الكفاءة التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وهذا من وجهة نظر التلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، كما خلص الباحثان أن التربية التطبيقية لها دور ايجابي في تحصيل الكفاءة المعرفية الأدائية وكفاءة التفاعل الصفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: - التربية التطبيقية - الكفاءة التدريسية – أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية- التلاميذ Summary The study aimed to find out the role of the applied education class in the attainment of the teaching aptitude of teachers of physical education and sports from the point of view of secondary school students, where the two researchers conducted a descriptive study on all members of the study community using the questionnaire tool as a means to verify the validity of the study hypotheses where the study was conducted on A sample included (116) male and female students from the secondary education stage in the educational institutions in the municipality of Tajdmout, the state of Laghouat. The two researchers concluded that the applied education class has an effective role in achieving the teaching competence of the teachers of physical education and sports, and this is from the viewpoint of the secondary school students. The two researchers also concluded that applied education has an effective role for it. A positive role in achieving performance cognitive competence and classroom interaction efficiency.
