أجزاء الحيوان كقطع غيار للإنسان، انتهاك للأخلاق الطبية ومعصومية الجسد البشري، أم أمل جديد للشفاء.

الملخص
تعتبر عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء والأنسجة الحيوانية المصدر، من أهم الصرخات التي جاءت بها التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مجال الطب، تفيد هذه العملية، استخدام الأجزاء الحيوية للحيوان، بهدف زرعها محل أحد أجزاء جسد إنسان يعاني تلفاً فيها، والوصول إلى إمكانية تطبيق هذه التقنية، كان خلال البحث عن نهج يسد الحاجة اللامتناهية إلى الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية، في ظل ندرة المتبرعين، وقد توالت التجارب، والدراسات حول هذه الممارسات، لكنها في كل مرّة كانت تثير إشكالات فنية، متعلقة بالمخاطر التي تعتري جسد المتلقي، بالإضافة إلى الإشكالات القانونية ، المتعلقة بالأخلاقيات البيوطبية، كما شكلت هذه الممارسات اختلافاً بين فقهاء الشريعة الإسلامية، تعلق هذا الإشكال بمبدأ معصومية جسد الإنسان في الشريعة الإسلامية، ولكن على الرغم من وجود هذه الإشكالات، إلا أنه صنعت هذه العملية أملاً واسعا لدى المرضى، كونها اعتُبِرَت البديل الأمثل للأجزاء البشرية الصعبة المنال. Xenotransplantation is the important achievement that modern technology has improved in the field of medicine. This method is useful for using the vital parts of an animal for the purpose of transplanting them into one of the parts of a person's body which is damaged. Reaching the possibility of applying this technology, was during the search for an approach that fills the endless need for human organs and tissues, in light of the scarcity of donors. Many experiments and studies have been adapted on these practices, but each time they raise technical problems related to the risks incurred by the recipient's body, in addition to legal problems related to biomedical ethics, these practices have also constituted disagreement among jurists of Islamic law on the principle of the infallibility of the human body. However, despite the existence of these problems, this operation created great hope among patients, as it was considered the perfect alternative to hard-to-reach human parts.
