كتاب الحيوان للجاحظ أول موسوعة علمية عربية في علم الحيوان

الملخص
كانت مؤلفات العرب في علم الحيوان تشمل مواضيع بعض الحيوانات إلى أن كتب الجاحظ كتابه الحيوان ليضم سائر الحيوانات، متطرقا إلى كل ما يتعلق بها وملما بصفاتها وسلوكها وغرائزها ونمط معيشتها وجوانب كثيرة مرتبطة بحياتها لم يهملها الجاحظ بل دقق فيها وفق منظور علمي قائم على الاستدلال، العقل، التجربة، فاعتبر بذلك أول من وضع موسوعة علمية وكان أول علماء التجريب في علم الحيوان عند العرب والمسلمين. The previous written of the Arabs in animal science and zoology was deal with some animals, until the appeared of the book written by lierary writter so called - EL-JAHIDH- where he was entitled his famouse books by EL-HAYAWAN- when he tried to encompass the majors animals, throughout exploring with details all the feature, behaviors and its style of leaving, where he used a scientific approach like the inferred, reasons and experimentation, thus, they considered the EL JAHIDH as the first one in the Muslims and Arabs who written the first scientific encyclopedia in zoology, and the first who used a experimentation scientific methods in zoology.
